Create Account
Request a Cresora Partner account to access the sandbox and API credentials.
Partner accounts are provisioned by Cresora. To get started, submit an access request via the Partner Portal.
Access request
Contact your Cresora account manager or use the Partner Portal onboarding link to request a Partner account. You will receive login credentials by email once your account is provisioned.

If you already have a Partner account, go directly to Retrieve credentials.
Account structure
A Cresora Partner account follows a three-tier hierarchy:
- Platform — Cresora Commerce (the acquiring platform)
- Partner — your ISV or integration company
- Merchant — the businesses you onboard as sub-merchants
Your API keys are scoped to your Partner account and control which merchants you can transact against.
