Account Management
Configure your Partner account settings, branding, and API keys in the Portal.
The Account Management section of the Partner Portal lets you configure settings that apply across your entire partner account.
Account settings
Partner Portal → Account → Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Business name | Displayed on settlement reports |
| Contact email | Primary contact for Cresora communications |
| Notification email | Alert destination for webhook failures, compliance notices |
| Time zone | Used for report date ranges |
API key management
Partner Portal → API Settings → Keys
- View all active keys (prefixes shown, secrets hidden)
- Create new keys (test or live)
- Rotate existing keys
- Revoke keys immediately

Branding (HPP)
Partner Portal → Account → Branding
Upload your logo and set your brand colors for use on the Hosted Payment Page. These settings apply to all merchants under your partner account unless overridden at the merchant level.
Per-merchant branding overrides require the hpp_whitelabel feature flag. See HPP Guide →.
Notification preferences
Partner Portal → Account → Notifications
Configure which events trigger email notifications:
