User Management
Invite team members and configure roles in the Partner Portal.
Manage your team's access to the Partner Portal under Account → Team.
Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access; can invite/remove users, rotate live keys, manage billing |
| Admin | Full access except billing and owner management |
| Developer | API keys, webhooks, sandbox access; no payment operations or reporting |
| Operations | Payment search, refunds, voids, merchant management; no API settings |
| Read-only | View-only access to payments and reports; no actions |
Inviting a team member
- Go to Account → Team → Invite User
- Enter their email address
- Select a role
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email to set up their account. Invites expire after 7 days.
Changing a role
- Go to Account → Team
- Find the user and click Edit
- Select the new role
- Click Save
Role changes take effect immediately.
Removing a user
- Go to Account → Team
- Find the user and click Remove
- Confirm removal
Removed users lose access immediately. Any API keys they created remain active until explicitly rotated or revoked.
⚠Warning
Removing a user does not automatically revoke API keys associated with their account. Review and rotate keys after removing any user who had Developer or Admin access.
Single sign-on (SSO)
SSO configuration is available for enterprise partners. Contact your Cresora account manager to configure SAML 2.0 or OIDC SSO for your team.
