User Management

Invite team members and configure roles in the Partner Portal.

Manage your team's access to the Partner Portal under Account → Team.

Roles

RoleAccess
OwnerFull access; can invite/remove users, rotate live keys, manage billing
AdminFull access except billing and owner management
DeveloperAPI keys, webhooks, sandbox access; no payment operations or reporting
OperationsPayment search, refunds, voids, merchant management; no API settings
Read-onlyView-only access to payments and reports; no actions

Inviting a team member

  1. Go to Account → Team → Invite User
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Select a role
  4. Click Send Invite

The invitee receives an email to set up their account. Invites expire after 7 days.

Changing a role

  1. Go to Account → Team
  2. Find the user and click Edit
  3. Select the new role
  4. Click Save

Role changes take effect immediately.

Removing a user

  1. Go to Account → Team
  2. Find the user and click Remove
  3. Confirm removal

Removed users lose access immediately. Any API keys they created remain active until explicitly rotated or revoked.

Warning

Removing a user does not automatically revoke API keys associated with their account. Review and rotate keys after removing any user who had Developer or Admin access.

Single sign-on (SSO)

SSO configuration is available for enterprise partners. Contact your Cresora account manager to configure SAML 2.0 or OIDC SSO for your team.
